I’m not giving scores normally on booking but after stay at that hotel i decided to do so. Hotel is perfect location of Tuscan climate. Is located in the place of old village. There is everything starting from pool and ending to small church. We were in rook which in close location is lieaving swallows. Surrounded with wineyards located in close location to San Gimigiano and Monteriggioni. I recomend this very much and if it will be possible I will return.

The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and clean, with air conditioning. The location is fantastic, offering stunning views. The staff is very friendly.

Ci è piaciuto tantissimo! Giardini bellissimi, appartamento spazioso e moderno, ristorante fantastico per cena. Che vista! 😍 E la posizione è una base perfetta per esplorare la zona. Abbiamo soggiornato per alcune notti con un bambino piccolo e abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato i giocattoli e i libri forniti dalla reception!

Ottima posizione in una struttura suggestiva. Servizio molto gentile e disponibile. Ottime colazioni, caffè delizioso. Ristorante fantastico. Un buon punto di partenza per visitare molti luoghi della Toscana. Un posto in cui si desidera tornare.

A glorious experience.
Everything about our stay at Riserva di Fizzano was glorious. We reserved a 2 room apartment w garden. The location is on top of a hill w 360 degree views of the vineyards and olive groves in the Chianti region. The location provided spectacular sunset views every night, w lots of comfortable chairs in which to enjoy them. All the amenities were super comfortable, the bed, shower, pillows, spaciousness of the kitchen and bedroom. Everything was provided for preparing meals. Breakfast was included and plentiful w an outdoor seating area to take advantage of the views. We also had dinner at the restaurant one night, which was superb (try the poached egg first course). The staff were gracious and accommodating. Finally, the location was an excellent base for exploring the small Italian villages in the surrounding area following the suggestions provided by the receptionist. We only stayed 3 nights and could have enjoyed extending our stay. Five stars.
