In the heart of Relais Riserva di Fizzano, a new and young team enthusiastically carries on the gastronomic philosophy of chef Maurizio Bardotti, who continues to supervise the kitchen despite having moved to the village of Macìe to start a new gourmet project, Oltre Osteria, together with the Zingarelli family. Tuscan tradition, selected ingredients and respect for seasonality remain the fundamental elements. Each dish is born from the passion and creativity of expert hands, capable of enhancing the authentic flavours of the territory, season after season.
